By booking and participating in any tour, activity, cruise or transfer operated or sold through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the safety rules and liability terms stated below. These policies are designed to ensure the safety of all participants and the proper execution of the service.
1. Assumption of Risk
Many tours and activities offered involve physical movement, outdoor conditions, marine environments, and natural terrains. By participating, the guest acknowledges that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

2. Medical & Health Eligibility
Participants must be in suitable physical condition for the selected activity. It is the responsibility of each guest to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation, such as:

Recent surgeries

Allergies
The operator reserves the right to refuse participation to ensure safety.
3. Safety Instructions
Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the crew, guide, or operator, including:

✔ Using equipment properly
✔ Remaining within designated areas
✔ Respecting the captain/guide’s directives
Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
4. Children & Minors
Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Age or height limitations may apply depending on the activity. The operator may deny participation if safety requirements cannot be met.
5. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The operator is not liable for:

Theft

Water damage

Electronic device damage
Water-based activities may expose items to moisture, sea spray or full immersion.
6. Alcohol & Restricted Conduct
Consumption of alcohol before or during certain tours may restrict participation for safety reasons. Disorderly, aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
7. Marine & Weather Conditions
Marine and environmental conditions (wind, waves, currents, visibility, temperature) can change suddenly. The captain or operator may modify, shorten, reroute or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
8. Operator Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be held liable for:

Accidents resulting from participant negligence

Misuse of equipment

Ignoring safety instructions

Pre-existing health issues

Third-party acts

Force majeure circumstances
This does not limit liability for incidents caused by proven gross negligence of the operator.
9. Insurance
Some activities may include public liability insurance or passenger insurance as required by local regulations. Coverage details may vary depending on the tour type, vessel, operator and country of operation.
10. Force Majeure
The operator is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

Public health emergencies
Alternative options may be offered when possible.
